You will support our Value-Added Services (VAS) team by performing one or more VAS functions using a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.
Primary Duties
- Perform value-added services activities; including, but not limited to, wire-cutting, pipe bending, CNC machine operation, engraving, sub-assembly operations, and other value-added services.
- Assist with warehouse activities; including, but not limited to, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, put-away, cycle count, inventory, and outbound processing audits, as needed.
- Perform routine cycle counts for VAS materials.
- Ensure transaction accuracy.
- Coordinate with supervisor or manager on all value-added services activities and performance.
- Proactively problem solve issues.
- Utilize various pieces of material handling equipment (MHE) including pallet movers, stand up forklifts, high lift reach trucks, and order picker.
- Utilize RF scanners to electronically perform warehouse activities, as needed.
- Maintain the warehouse so it is clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- 3 years of warehouse experience.
- 1 years of experience working in a wire cutting, CNC, machine operator, and/or production capacity, preferred.
- 1 years of experience using a stand-up reach forklift, power pallet jacks, cherry picker, and sit-down forklift.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
