Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Must possess a valid CDL license and acceptable 3-year driving history;
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid medical certificate in accordance with MCSR regs. 49 CFR 391.41 - 391.49;
• Drives CMV truck to deliver beverage product to customer's place of business.
• Highly professional, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and able to accurately attend to details and spot errors when reviewing load sheets and completing paperwork. Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting numbers;
• Provides invoice, collects money from customers, makes change, and records transactions and any other required delivery information.
• Able to accurately and efficiently operate handheld ordering device and mobile printer.
• Informs customers of new products or services.
• Listens to and resolves service complaints.
• Places stock on shelves or racks.
• Sets up merchandise and point of sale displays or issues point of sale materials to customers.
• Collects or picks up empty containers or rejected or unsold merchandise.
• Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.
• Performs routine pre and post trip on truck and assigned equipment.
• Must have ability to show up on time and ready to work scheduled shifts.
• The employee must frequently lift or carry up to 40 lbs, and occasionally move up to 170 pounds. Able to effectively and safely maneuver a dolly carrying product or equipment.
• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee is frequently required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
• Must be able to reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, walk and occasionally climb when unloading trucks for delivery;
• Must be able to repeatedly lift, push, pull or carry product.
