Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking medications and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper medication management and patient care.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and processing insurance claims.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or equivalent certification preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a healthcare setting.
- Experience working in a community health center or similar environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience with pharmacy software systems and inventory management.
