What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Sous Chef position at Crescent City Brewhouse?
Crescent City Brewhouse is now hiring an experienced executive sous chef. 3 years of kitchen management experience in a full service restaurant is required. HRT or culinary degree is a plus. Candidates must be motivated, grounded, reliable, capable of managing a staff of 30 , and able to operate in a high volume, high pace environment. Work weeks are typically 50 hours over 5 days.
