Duties

- Manage daily classroom activities with effective behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct and emotional well-being
- Conduct assessments of children's progress through observations and standardized testing to tailor instruction accordingly
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate developmental milestones, behavioral concerns, and educational achievements
- Support children with special education needs and participate in early intervention programs to ensure inclusive learning experiences
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and lesson plans in compliance with childcare standards
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is essential
- Demonstrated expertise in childhood development principles and classroom management techniques
- Experience developing curriculum plans that include literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and Montessori methods
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies tailored for toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs
- Familiarity with early intervention programs and supporting children with diverse learning requirements
- Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners
- Proven ability to adapt lesson plans for different age groups including toddlers and preschoolers
