Role description
- Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA sessions implementing individualized BCBA treatment plans; teach communication, social, academic, and self-help skills.
- Collect reliable data, write session notes in session, and follow BCBA protocols with high fidelity.
- Communicate proactively with caregivers/BCBAs, maintain professional boundaries, and keep consistent schedules.
- Provide parent training as directed and support generalization across home and community.
- Availability prioritized for weekday evenings and weekends within the Chattanooga area; willing to travel up to 1 hour from base.
- Non-exempt role; travel between client appointments is compensated per company policy.
- Uphold BACB ethics, safety standards, and timely documentation requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals or developmental disabilities (preferred); strong commitment to quality ABA.
- Clear, professional communication; organized, punctual, and responsive to feedback.
- Comfortable providing services in client homes.
- High school degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and participate in active sessions as needed.
