Job Summary
Crescendo Self-Storage Management (CSSM) is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our outbound sales engine and create new revenue opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships from scratch, and mastering the fundamentals of B2B sales. You’ll work within a defined outreach process while having room to bring your own initiative, creativity, and persistence to the role.
As a SDR at CSSM, you’ll develop core sales skills: cold calling, objection handling, CRM management, and pipeline development. You’ll work closely with leadership to refine a repeatable, scalable sales system. Strong performance in this role can lead to advancement into a full-cycle sales position and higher compensation as you gain experience, demonstrate mastery of the fundamentals, and develop an expert understanding of our industry and service offering.

Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling
- Phone and email outreach to B2B prospects.
- Develop and test lead generation strategies
- Follow up with prospects to ensure meeting attendance.
- Manage Zoho CRM records, imports, and exports.
- Organize and maintain lead databases.
- Collaborate with operations team members.
Requirements:
- 1 year’s experience in sales support or similar role.
- Strong internet connection with quiet, uninterrupted space to work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and B2B outreach.
- Experience using a CRM platform.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and tech-savvy.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
- Outgoing and personable.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with Zoho CRM.
- Self-storage industry experience a plus.
