Required Skills and Responsibilities
- Ensure top notch guest experience
- 1 year in a fast paced restaurant or coffee shop
- Recommend menu favorites and specials
- Experience taking food orders with attention to detail
- Comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to keep positive and calm during the rushes
- Monitor quality, speed of service, and presentation
- Strong and confident communication
- Uphold our standards of excellence in food and beverage, and hospitality
- Assist with opening/closing (station, register)
- Must be able to serve alcohol
