Sourcing Manager IV
Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage RFx activities (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and supplier sourcing initiatives.
- Lead contract administration, negotiations, amendments, and vendor management activities.
- Build dashboards, scorecards, and reporting metrics to support sourcing decisions.
- Analyze supplier performance, pricing proposals, and operational data.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled sourcing solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and supplier performance.
Required Skills:
- 5–10 years of sourcing, procurement, contract management, or supplier management experience.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience with RFx processes, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Google Workspace and AI/automation tools.
- Project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry experience.
- Understanding of content moderation operations.
- Experience implementing AI-driven process automation.
- Global vendor management experience.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
