🚀 Hiring: Sourcing Manager III – Data Center Equipment (Robotics & Automation)
Location: Fremont, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: Contract through Jan 2027
Start: ASAP
We’re looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead strategic vendor partnerships for data center equipment, with strong exposure to robotics and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor strategy, supplier performance scorecards, and business reviews
• Drive RFI/RFQ processes and secure sourcing awards
• Lead complex contract negotiations (MPA/MSA/SOW)
• Build should-cost models and support cost & risk reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations
• Support forecasting, materials planning, and supply assurance
Required Skills:
• 5 years in sourcing or supply chain management
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing & contract negotiations
• Exposure to robotics/automation technologies
• Experience with SAP/Oracle and SQL or BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker)
Preferred:
• MS/MBA
• Experience with AI/robotics supplier licensing models
• Background in warehouse/logistics automation
