Hiring: Data Engineer III / ML-AI Engineer
Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite Preferred | Strong Remote Candidates within ±3 Time Zones Considered)
We're looking for an experienced Data Engineer / ML-AI Engineer to join a cutting-edge hardware team focused on next-generation AR display technologies. The ideal candidate will build scalable data pipelines and develop machine learning solutions for image processing and hardware analytics.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision.
- Strong Python programming and PyTorch experience.
- Hands-on experience with image processing/computer vision.
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Display metrology or sensor characterization.
- Deep learning for defect detection.
- AR/VR, optics, or display hardware experience.
- Data visualization (Plotly, Tableau, Matplotlib).
- Git and CI/CD experience.
