Warehouse Packer (Full-Time)

Are you meticulous, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for dedicated Warehouse Packers to join our growing team! As a key part of our operations, you'll ensure our products are carefully prepared and shipped, directly contributing to customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• Accurate Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and verify products against order lists or picking tickets, ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Secure Product Handling: Inspect items for quality, select optimal packaging (boxes, crates, pallets), and meticulously pack products to guarantee safe transit.
• Precise Labeling & Documentation: Apply correct shipping labels, barcodes, and required information, maintaining thorough records of all packed items and associated paperwork.
• Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Update inventory systems to reflect processed orders, contributing to accurate stock counts.
• Workplace Excellence: Keep your packing station and surrounding areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards.
• Safety First: Adhere strictly to all workplace safety policies and utilize necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

What You'll Bring (Required Skills & Qualifications):

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, consistently lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Exceptional Attention to Detail: A keen eye for verifying order accuracy, counting inventory, and precise labeling.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain a highly organized workspace.
• Effective Communication: Clear and collaborative communication skills for seamless teamwork and reporting.
• Basic Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners for inventory tracking (preferred, but training provided).
• Prior Experience: 2 years of experience in a warehouse or packing role is a plus.
• Reliable Transportation to and from work.

Working Environment:

• This is a hands-on role in a dynamic warehouse setting.
• Expect a fast-paced environment, often requiring prolonged standing and movement.
• The work area may involve exposure to moderate noise levels and occasional dust.
• Ability to adapt to varying temperatures within the warehouse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
