The Packaging and Assembly Operator is responsible for the assembly and packaging of products being manufactured.

- Assemble and package organizational products.
- Inspect and trim finished product as needed as it comes off the production line.
- Complete daily product production paperwork.
- Sweep and remove debris and trash from workstation and maintain overall cleanliness of work area during and at end of shift.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines including but not limited to wearing of proper PPE.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school Diploma or GED.
- Attention to detail with the ability to read and write.
- Ability to detect defective product based on work instructions and supplied product samples.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work various hand tools (plastic clippers, etc.)
- Ability to stand and move about the facility and to stack product above head during a 12-hour shift. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
