Job Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Service Advisor, you will be one of the first people our customers meet when they visit our dealership. Your goal is to ensure every customer receives exceptional service from check-in through vehicle pickup.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Listen carefully to customers' concerns and accurately document their needs.
- Recommend required maintenance and repair services.
- Communicate repair updates and timelines throughout the service visit.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Educate customers on recommended maintenance to keep their vehicles safe and reliable.
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and efficient service department.
