2nd Shift Warehouse Coordinator – ST
Hours Mon-Fri 12pm-8:30pm
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks for shipment using an RF Scanner and our WMS. Load shipping containers as needed. Support shipping department when staff challenged.
- Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock levels, reconcile quality-on-hand (QOH) issues, process orders, and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with shipping carriers, manage warehouse flow, and ensure proper storage of goods.
- Documentation & Systems: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to generate reports, reprint license plates, and maintain documentation. Assist Quality department in relabeling or moving held material.
- Operational Support: Support following safety regulations, organize storage, and handle, re-pack, or re-stack products when needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience in a warehouse,
shipping, or logistics environment.
Equipment: Previous stand-up forklift experience is required.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for inter-departmental coordination.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and inventory management software.
Organization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple processes, and solve problems efficiently. Ability to quickly resolve unexpected operational issues.
Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the warehouse coordinator will operate as a shipping employee but also provide support across multiple departments throughout the warehouse. The ideal individual will possess strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and exceptional communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments and leadership. The shift will be a 2nd shift operation to optimize productivity across multiple areas and shifts. Some overtime and weekends as necessary will be required. The coordinator will provide assistance as seen fit by the warehouse manager for shipping, receiving, quality, planning, inventory management, and other areas.
