Duties

• Act as the face of the brand by engaging with customers at events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns to create a positive brand experience
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features, benefits, and usage of our offerings
• Collect valuable customer data during interactions to support targeted marketing initiatives and improve customer insights
• Manage social media platforms by sharing event updates, engaging followers, and promoting upcoming activities to expand online presence
• Organize and execute event marketing activities that attract new audiences and generate buzz around our products
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized service, active listening, and addressing inquiries or concerns effectively
• Promote products confidently, handle sales objections professionally, and close sales to meet campaign goals

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or retail environments with a focus on customer engagement and service excellence
• Strong data collection skills for capturing customer feedback and interaction details accurately
• Proficiency in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content aligned with branding strategies
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer groups effectively
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills to deliver compelling product demos and presentations
• Knowledge of retail store product details and technical proficiency with digital tools for data entry and reporting
• Ability to handle sales objections gracefully while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Skilled in event marketing strategies, customer relationship building, and promoting products in various settings
