Creighton Prep is currently accepting applications for a full-time faculty position in the English Department as a 9-12 English teacher beginning in August of 2026.
Possible courses, programs and activities include:
- Any level of college preparatory English language and literature, including Advanced Placement
- Coaching or moderating teams, clubs, or other extra-curricular activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English with preference given to candidates who have a graduate degree in this field
- Valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in English or the ability to obtain one prior to August 2026
- Preference given to teachers who have the credentials needed to offer dual enrollment
- Experience with and desire to engage in extracurricular activities such as coaching or moderating clubs and activities is highly desirable
