Inside Sales Representative

Apex Service Partners has an immediate opening for a full-time HVAC Inside Sales representative based in Michigan. The Inside Sales role will be managing our software and interacting with customers that have been visited by our technicians and following up on the Sale. Heating and cooling industry experience is preferred but not required. Integrity, honesty and a genuine caring for our clients are key attributes required of all our team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Base Salary Commission

Inside Sales - Job Requirements:

• Sales experience with a proven track record preferred but not necessary.
• New-business acquisitions
• Ability to conduct or learn heat load/loss calculations
• Goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed
• Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
• Strong understanding of the psychology of sale
• Comfortable working/selling over the phone/computer
• Strong Computer Skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

What YOU will do:

• Deliver a great client experience by educated them on way we can improve the health, safety and comfort of their home environment
• Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment.
• Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager.
• Document every call/job in an organized and detailed manner.
• Office time required for trainings, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting.

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
