RN Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plans and physician orders.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and report any changes to appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations and policies.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident medical records.
Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions when needed.
Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
Participate in care planning, meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
RN Requirements:
Current RN license in State.
At least one year of experience as a RN in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
Knowledge of Matrixcare preferred.
