Creekstone Montessori School, a public Charter school in Red Wing, is hiring part time and full time classroom paraprofessionals.
Paraprofessionals assist with self-help, motivational activities, and behavior management interventions. A successful candidate will have demonstrated empathy, compassion, calm under stress, and the ability to manage/triage competing needs and requests.
Paraprofessionals can work for 3 to 7.5 hours per day. Competitive wage, and employer contributes to Public Employee Retirement (PRA) on behalf of employee. Paid sick and personal days.
