What You’ll Be Doing:
- Tackling routine maintenance tasks like HVAC checks, filter swaps, and equipment inspections
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues like a pro
- Responding quickly to resident service requests (and being their hero of the day!)
- Prepping vacant apartments to make them fresh, flawless, and move-in ready
- Handling drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs with ease
- Installing and repairing appliances like a champ
- Keeping organized records of your work
- Providing friendly, top-notch service to our awesome residents
- Being on-call for the occasional after-hours emergency (you’ve got this!)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in apartment or residential maintenance
- HVAC knowledge is a huge plus (but not a dealbreaker)
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
- Comfort lifting equipment and working in all kinds of weather
