As the Senior Business Office Manager at Creekside, you’re responsible for a number of different tasks relating to Human Resources and other departments, including maintaining records, processing accounts receivable/payable and working with Sales and Marketing to ensure everything is in place for a tour.

  • Experience with Workers Compensation and Federal and State Leave

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Quick learner with ability to master the programming and utilization of various systems

  • Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

What you can expect to do:

  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Performs routine filling processes by ensuring billing is set up, billed and collected promptly and accurately

  • Manages business office systems in accordance with CLG procedures, including completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and non-negotiables.

  • Oversees payroll and benefits functions at the community level

  • Assists in new hires enrollment and open enrollment for all benefits

  • Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business office functions, including accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), admissions and census numbers, resident insurance information and financial files, bank deposits, petty cash and resident trust accounts

  • Process accounts receivable and payable

  • Completes month-end close within the designated timeframe, participates in monthly A/R review, and completes necessary reports as required

  • Assemble and maintain resident and employee files according to company standards and state regulations

  • Participate in and help facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes

  • Work with sales and marketing to make sure everything is in order for an upcoming tour

  • Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

Position Requirements:

  • Food Workers Card

  • CPR/First Aid Certification

$29.00 - $31.00/hour
  • Depending on Experience
