As the Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations), you are responsible for ensuring that the community is attractive and well-maintained and safe for our residents and staff.
What Cascade Living and Creekside look for in a Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations):
Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
Experience in maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and building
Knowledge of fire and safety regulations
Ability to work with outside vendors and monitor their work
Experience in safe electrical and plumbing repair
Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to the table
Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
What you can expect to do as a Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations) for Creekside:
Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
Willing and able to adapt to changing demands of the maintenance department and fulfill any job that is required
Available and on call for emergencies day and night. Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
Responsible for preventive maintenance of interior and exterior of buildings and equipment
Make repairs in occupied apartments, as well as repaint and shampoo carpets in turnover unit
Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals
Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
