What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a full-time Client Care Specialist who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and eager to grow. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and an integral part of ensuring they feel supported, heard, and valued.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills – A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor is essential. Compassion and empathy during emotionally difficult situations are a must.
- Strong communication abilities – Clear and effective in both verbal and written interactions.
- Adaptability – Able to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting responsibilities during emergencies.
- A desire to learn – No veterinary experience is required, but a genuine interest in veterinary protocols, procedures, and laws is essential. We provide thorough training.
- Comfort with technology – Ability to work with various computer systems, email, phone systems, and office equipment.
- Team-first mindset – You enjoy working collaboratively in a positive and professional team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival
- Answer multi-line phones and manage client requests professionally
- Handle communications via phone, email, text, and fax
- Triage incoming cases using training and protocols provided
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Schedule appointments and procedures and provide pre-visit instructions
- Participate in client education by offering general information regarding preventative care, services, and recommendations
- Communicate effectively with doctors and technical staff to relay accurate information to clients

Requirements
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Prior veterinary experience is not required, but is considered
