Looking to hire a Full-Time Office Assistant/Receptionist for Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with some nights and weekends!
Position Summary:

Posted Salary Range: USD $17.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr. Wage Commensuration: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Duties & Responsibilities:- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Welcome on-site visitors, assist them appropriately, COVID 19 screening and always provide excellent customer service to both the visitors and fellow staff members.
- Assist BOM with all aspects of clerical, data entry, and billing duties.
- Must have a minimum High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D
- Must have 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Must have excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and customer service skills
- Must have working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate within Microsoft Office Suite, or similar programs
- Reliable transportation required
