We’re on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Full-Time Bartender to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing personalized drink recommendations and ensuring an enjoyable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such Spot On, handling cash and credit payments efficiently.
- Responsible for filling server drink orders & waiting bar tables in addition to bar patrons.
- Manage bar stock levels by monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs to management.
- Opening & closing procedures and cleaning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending, or related food service roles within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems processing transactions smoothly.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, and cocktail recipes; experience with beverage recipe development is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of service.
- Experience working in fine dining environments or banquet settings is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing.
