RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status and needs.Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor residents' progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.Provide education to residents and families about health conditions and care options.Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care.Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely in electronic records.QUALIFICATIONS:Fresh or newly licensed RNs are welcomeExperienced RN is preferredExperience in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care/senior care is a plusA valid and active California license as a Registered Nurse is requiredMust have an active BLS through the American Heart AssociationMust have an active CPR CertificationInterest in working with the geriatric populationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.WHAT WE OFFER: We value our team members and provide a supportive and enriching work environment.
