Clinician

CreekSide Counseling Services is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, motivated clinicians to join our supportive outpatient mental health practice.

We are looking in Watertown and Oswego.

We are seeking an MHC-LP, LMHC, or LMHC-D to provide meaningful therapy services, support client growth, and contribute to a professional, ethical, and collaborative clinical environment.

·      $30–$40/hour, based on licensure, experience, and qualifications

·      Licensed or provisionally licensed in the LMHC track: MHC-LP, LMHC, or LMHC-D

·      Passion for ethical, client-centered outpatient counseling

·      Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills

·      Commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive care

·      Ability to work independently while participating in supervision and team collaboration

·      Approximately 35 client hours per week

·      Outpatient therapy services

·      Intake assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and care coordination

·      Professional liability insurance required

·      New York State licensure requirements must be maintained in good standing
