THE CREEKSIDE DIFFERENCE - Creekside Resort in Walworth is our area's first All Inclusive Resort designed and built for the comfort of dogs, and our Creekside Lodge and Creekside Acres in Macedon match that designation!
All of our locations provide the best home-away-from-home experience available today.
We are adding to our fantastic team and currently have openings for Front Desk Attendants at Creekside Resort (Walworth) and Creekside Acres (Macedon) - 15 minutes from Penfield.
We are seeking a hard-working, dog-loving, highly motivated, extremely organized individual, with outstanding customer service skills to join our front desk team!
This is a fast-paced role that requires high energy, attention to detail & excellent organizational skills.
We prefer candidates who are looking for full-time: 35-40 hours/week
Responsibilities include:
• Oversee daily operations of resort
• Supervise kennel staff
• Welcome guests & process incoming/outgoing guests
• Ensure cleanliness of facility
• Conduct tours for current/prospective clients
Requirements:
- Must love dogs!
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with dogs/animals is preferred - previous vet tech, kennel, grooming, training, etc.
- 1 year(s) of administrative/receptionist experience - REQUIRED
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Strong technology skills - must be comfortable learning a variety of programs.
- Must have impeccable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Must be available between the hours of 7am - 6:30 pm, including 1 weekend day.

HOURLY RATE IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
