Creekside Church

Position: Creekside Kids Director

Status: Part-Time

Vision and Mission of the Creekside Church

Creekside Church exists to saturate Goose Creek and beyond by giving every man, woman, and child consistent encounters with Jesus.

About Creekside Church

Creekside Church has spent the last eight years serving Jesus in the city of Goose Creek, Berkeley County, SC (Suburb of Charleston). Goose Creek is now the eighth largest city in the state of South Carolina. However, only 30% of our immediate context claim any religious affiliation. The communities of Crowfield, Nexton, and Carnes Crossroads are creating a new city outside of Charleston with a population of over 100,000 in the coming years.

The Role of The Kid’s Director

The COA (Circle of Accountability) of our church is a 3-mile circle around where we meet on Sunday mornings in Goose Creek. Mirroring our church vision, the role of the Kids Director is to give every participant in Creekside Kids consistent encounters with Jesus. In order to do this, both children and parents must feel our kids environment is loving and safe. Also, because growth and multiplication are a part of the future vision of the church, it is the role of the Kids Director to be growing a team, including other leaders, that are growing in their relationships with Jesus, as well as numerically.
