Senior Project Manager

Position Overview

Creek Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Management to provide advanced program and acquisition management support across multiple divisions and functional teams.In this role, you will support government program leadership by coordinating complex program activities, managing schedules and deliverables, supporting acquisition lifecycle activities, and ensuring alignment across program stakeholders. The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting large-scale programs and is skilled in strategic planning, program coordination, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support program and acquisition management activities across multiple divisions, branches, and program teams.
• Apply program management principles, policies, and procedures to support complex program execution and acquisition activities.
• Provide strategic support to government program leads in program planning, coordination, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, and tracking systems to monitor progress and deliverables.
• Coordinate planning and execution of integrated program reviews, meetings, and conferences.
• Assist in planning and managing the development, production, and deployment of systems, subsystems, and capabilities.
• Identify program risks and assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare program documentation, reports, and briefings for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of program objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
• Monitor program performance and provide recommendations to improve execution and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience supporting program management, acquisition management, or complex project environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale or multi-phase programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of program management principles, acquisition lifecycle processes, and strategic planning.
• Experience supporting program reviews, strategic planning sessions, and leadership briefings.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling systems.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving program priorities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required.
