Position Overview:
Creek Technologies is seeking a SharePoint Developer to support the Air Force Expeditionary Center Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) program at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ.
This role combines SharePoint development, data operations, and knowledge management to support the organization’s mission of collecting, managing, and disseminating Air Force doctrine (AFTTP 3-4). The position functions similarly to an Air Force 1D7X4 (Data Operations) specialist, integrating technical solutions with data governance, information sharing, and mission support.
Key Responsibilities:
SharePoint Development & Administration
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, forms, and workflows
- Implement and manage taxonomy, metadata, and site architecture to improve search and usability
- Support both NIPR and SIPR environments, ensuring systems remain operational and relevant
Data Operations & Governance
- Manage and organize enterprise data within the TTP repository to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and integrity
- Implement permissions, access controls, and data governance practices aligned with DoD and Air Force standards
- Support data lifecycle management, including archival, migration, and retention
Knowledge Management & Information Sharing
- Integrate Lessons Learned, After Action Reports, and operational content into structured repositories
- Enable effective information sharing across Air Force stakeholders and mission partners
- Support the TTP publication lifecycle by aligning repository structure with doctrine development workflows
Automation & Process Improvement
- Develop and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools
- Streamline workflows and reduce manual processes to improve efficiency and consistency
- Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience
Advisory & Mission Support
- Provide technical and functional guidance to government stakeholders on data management and collaboration tools
- Collaborate with technical writers, editors, and subject matter experts to support mission requirements
- Participate in working groups and coordinate across organizations to align tools with operational needs
User Support & Training
- Train users on SharePoint, data management practices, and collaboration tools
- Develop user guides and documentation
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide responsive support
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance (active clearance preferred)
- Experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2013
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
- Strong understanding of data organization, permissions management, and governance
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting DoD or Air Force programs
- Familiarity with NIPR/SIPR environments
- Knowledge of records management, CUI handling, and cybersecurity requirements
- Experience supporting knowledge management or Lessons Learned programs
- Technical writing or documentation experience
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Management, Business, or a related field OR equivalent practical experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Security , Microsoft, SharePoint, Power Platform) may be substituted for formal education
- 5 years of experience in SharePoint development, data operations, knowledge management, or related field may be substituted for formal education
- Candidates with prior military experience in Air Force 1D7X4 (Data Operations), knowledge management, or similar roles are highly encouraged to apply
