Duration: 12 Months (SSA)
Interview- Telephonic and Face to Face
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance is required.
UC Citizen or Green Card Holder (15 years of experience)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance is required.
- Previous experience working within the Social Security Administration environment or similar federal IT programs.
- Proven expertise writing comprehensive BRDs, business use cases, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
- Hands-on working knowledge of writing and executing basic-to-intermediate SQL queries for data verification.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of facilitating cross-functional alignment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting to federal leadership and technical teams.
Desired Qualifications:
- Currently possesses Public Trust clearance.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, HP ALM, SharePoint, MS Visio, advanced MS Excel, and Tableau.
- Advanced skills in database structures, API testing, and backend data analysis.
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams, conducting ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Demos, and Retrospectives), and managing backlog refinement.
- Familiarity with federal risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies.
