Job Overview:
Creed Marketing is looking for motivated and upbeat individuals to join our team as Entry Level Management Trainees! You’ll work inside major retail stores, representing our clients’ products through interactive displays, product demos, and customer engagement. No management experience is required—we provide full paid training and hands-on coaching.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers in retail stores and share helpful product information
- Learn sales, customer service, marketing, and leadership skills through daily training
- Assist with setting up in-store promotions and product displays
- Stay informed about new products and services
- Support the daily operations of marketing campaigns and events
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
