Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans in accordance with physician directives and nursing best practices.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for interdisciplinary care, ensuring cohesive and efficient treatment delivery.
- Accurately monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions and clinical changes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Participate in discharge planning by assessing patient needs and collaborating with the healthcare team.
- Float across medical/surgical units and adapt quickly to varied clinical environments.
- Active RN license in Rhode Island
- Minimum of 3 years of recent medical/surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza
- Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and adaptability
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
