Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor comprehensive patient care plans in emergency settings
- Observe, document, and communicate patient conditions promptly and accurately
- Act as the primary coordinator among multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
- Execute physician and nursing orders with precision
- Assess patient needs for discharge and collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate timely and appropriate discharge plans
- Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Emergency Room or acute care setting
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to respond quickly to urgent situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- TNCC and PALS certifications preferred
