What You’ll Do
As an RN on our Med/Surg Gynecology unit, you'll provide high-quality, compassionate care to women undergoing a variety of gynecologic surgeries and treatments.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessment and diagnosis.
- Collaborate with the inter-professional care team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Serve as a patient and family educator and advocate.
- Maintain current competencies and stay aligned with the latest evidence-based practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington State RN license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – American Heart Association (upon hire)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – American Academy of Pediatrics (upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg Gynecology nursing experience
- National certification in area of specialty (or willingness to obtain)
