About the Role
Credo is seeking a self-driven, Program Manager to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. This individual will manage multiple high-speed Serdes projects to ensure they align effectively with the company’s mission and the program’s goals.
Base salary range is $110,000 - $140,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.

Responsibilities
- Support ISO 9001 QMS audit and implementation.
- Improve and maintain NPD processes and execution flows.
- Interact with customers on joint project development, responsible for SOW, project milestones management, and status review with key stakeholders.
- Lead multiple projects throughout various NPD phases.
- Drive regular team meetings to update project status, and special ones to ensure a smooth transition during the execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project priorities, execution difficulties, and customer deliverables requirements.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define scopes, confirm deliverables, plan resources, and timing for new initiatives.
- Monitor program progress, identify critical paths, and take immediate actions to avoid impacts.
- Assemble teams in response to issues/risks and act on mitigation to drive successful results.
- Regular review with other PMs on lessons learned and process enhancements.
Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in engineering.
- 3 years of experience in semiconductor project management.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor development cycles and processes.
- Demonstration of good strategy execution, organization, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- 3 years of ISO audit experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin.
- IC engineering or management background.
- Experience in high-speed SerDes for Ethernet and Optical.
