What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Living Director position at Credo Senior Living?
We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Director. Candidates should have:
· An Operator or Administrator license / or be willing to get one within 30 days.
· A personal commitment to providing excellent elder care and a passion for working with seniors.
· Successful management and leadership experience in healthcare or similar field.
· Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Above average interpersonal skills to work effectively with the corporate team, regulatory agencies, management, staff, residents, families, and visitors.
· A leadership style that leads by example. Must be willing to participate in performing all duties needed to run the residence daily.
· Ability to engage in face-to-face communication with families of residence as well as building community involvement to build strong brand awareness.
· Ability to build relationships with local referral sources, area professionals, adult children and prospective residents.
· Must be at least 21 years of age.
