What are the responsibilities and job description for the Louisiana Licensed Plaintiffs Attorney position at Creditors Rights Group?
We’re a family-owned law firm that has been handling high-volume plaintiff litigation for major U.S. banks and financial institutions for more than 25 years. Our Louisiana practice is expanding quickly, and we’re looking for a Louisiana-licensed attorney to join our South Florida team.
This is a full-time hybrid role focused on motion practice, document review, and civil procedure in Louisiana courts. You’ll work closely with an established team of paralegals, legal assistants, and process specialists to move cases efficiently through the system. There are no billable-hour requirements and limited hearing schedule
What you’ll do
- Manage a high-volume caseload using our case management systems
- Prepare and file motions, pleadings, and related documents for Louisiana matters
- Review documents and support the team in advancing cases through the courts
- Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for
- Active license to practice in Louisiana (admission in additional states is a plus)
- Ability to handle a large caseload and work effectively with case management systems
- Clean background
- Strong team orientation and comfort in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Drive to succeed and contribute to a growing practice
