A Day in the Life as an IT Support Specialist:

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing frontline technical support to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient use of end‑user technology across the Credit Union. This role supports desktop systems, hardware, and applications while delivering responsive service to employee technical support requests and troubleshooting issues.

What we are looking for:

One to three (1–3) years of experience in IT support, desktop support, help desk, or a related technical role.

Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments preferred.

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 8 AM-5 PM

Rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM-1PM

Salary Range:

$29.96-$33.29 per hour
