The Data Entry Clerk role is an integral part of Credit Saint’s rapidly growing and fast-paced team.
The main function of this role is to work in tandem with the challenges department to send out disputes to the different credit bureaus on behalf of our clients.
You Will…
- Conduct meticulous audits of outgoing letters to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Prepare and process printed paper disputes for clients
- Generate and print dispute documentation for new clients requiring submissions to all three major credit bureaus.
- Research and obtain supplementary information for any incomplete documents to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.
- Verify data for discrepancies or errors by meticulously comparing it to source documents, implementing necessary corrections for incompatibilities, and validating the final output.
- Print proof of identity documents as required.
- Ensure the proper functionality and maintenance of all office equipment used for printing, and promptly address any malfunctions.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and confidentiality protocols to safeguard sensitive client data and information.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a role requiring high attention to detail, quality assurance, and document processing.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a methodical approach to task completion.
- Strong understanding and strict adherence to data confidentiality principles.
- Proficiency in operating various office equipment, particularly high-volume printers.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating a personal computer and utilizing Google Workspace applications on a daily basis.
- A strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions.
- Excellent written communication skills for internal documentation and adherence to guidelines.
