We are seeking an expert QA specialist within Credit Karma Member Support. You will analyze and drive site-level quality and performance improvements at one or more vendor partner locations. Help drive Quality Assurance strategy and actions that will produce a phenomenal member experience.
This person will use in-depth knowledge of Credit Karma processes, when monitoring agent interactions to find opportunities for service improvements, process and/or procedure enhancements or other types of improvements. You will frequently handle situations which require extensive analysis or research and advanced problem-solving skills. They will also provide recommendations to cross functional teams.
