We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to ensure our product and engineering teams are organized, effective, and deliver impactful results. This role requires exceptional skills in agile product development, proactive planning, and comfortable engagement with technical complexity.
Responsibilities:
Lead planning and execution of product and engineering projects, ensuring clear definition, prioritization, and alignment of goals and deliverables.
Drive agile methodologies, facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions to maintain team velocity.
Ensure that all tickets and tasks are complete, actionable, well-documented, and clearly defined.
Monitor project timelines, identify risks, communicate clearly across teams, and implement proactive measures to keep projects on track.
Interface closely with engineering and product teams to understand technical intricacies and manage complex technical dependencies effectively.
Develop and maintain clear dashboards and metrics to accurately track progress, team velocity, and overall project health.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a technology company.
Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to navigate complexity and technical detail.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar project management software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and clearly communicate key metrics.
A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving, able to foster alignment across diverse teams.
Preferred:
Background in software development, engineering, or related technical field.
Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP).

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total compensation and rewards package at Credit Genie. You may also be eligible to participate in the bonus and equity programs. Compensation Range: $180K - $230K
Salary : $180,000 - $230,000
