Job Requirements - Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Preferred: Two years of debt collections, sales, or telemarketing experience.
• Preferred but not required: Knowledge of the FDCPA and other regulations governing debt collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent. Some College Preferred/ but not required.
• Must pass background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Base pay without Bonus: - $31,200- $41,600 a year based on experience (this does not include bonus opportunity.)

Total, pay range potential including Bonus Opportunity - $43,200 - $77,600 a year based on experience and portfolio (again, based on ATTITUDE and ATTENDANCE)

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

Bonus pays

• Earth City, MO 63045: Reliably commute to work (Required)
• Attendance is non-negotiable; upon acceptance of the position with CCL, it is required and understood that the applicant will be at work every day and on time. This is an in-office position.
