What You Will Do
Sell used vehicles to retail customers from start to finish
Work inbound leads, walk ins, phone calls, and follow ups
Guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and closing
Build trust quickly and move deals efficiently
Maintain accurate deal paperwork and CRM updates
Represent the dealership professionally on and off the floor
Who We Are Looking For
Proven used car sales experience preferred
Strong closer mindset with confidence handling objections
High energy, competitive, and money motivated
Comfortable working weekends and peak hours
Professional appearance and communication skills
Valid driver's license required

Compensation
Hourly base pay
Commission on every sale
