What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst, Due Diligence position at Credigy?
Credigy is seeking an Analyst to join its Investments team in Atlanta, GA. As a consolidated subsidiary of National Bank of Canada, Credigy has a mandate to deploy capital across a wide variety of asset classes and geographies. The Investments team at Credigy fulfills this mandate by sourcing, structuring, and executing bespoke asset-backed lending and asset purchase transactions. In this role, the successful candidate will provide direct support to the Investments team by aiding in the due diligence evaluation efforts for potential transactions.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Conducting asset-level due diligence for prospective investment opportunities
- Processing and analyzing large data sets within transaction timelines;
- Creating due diligence results memoranda for the deal team review and evaluation;
- Work with counterparties and internal stakeholders to resolve due diligence and data-related discrepancies.
- Managing third-party data vendors;
- Coordinating with internal business units to improve investment process efficiencies.

- Has 1-4 years of relevant professional experience (preferred);
- Has experience and is familiar with basic consumer-facing lender documents (i.e. mortgage etc.);
- Experience in underwriting consumer or mortgage-related loans;
- Is proficient with Excel (experience with Tableau, SQL, Python, etc. is a bonus).
