About the Role
The Client Relations Officer will support clients remotely, maintain professional communication, respond to inquiries, assist with account-related matters, and help ensure a positive client experience.
This is a remote, part-time opportunity open strictly to current US residents.
Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with clients through approved communication channels
- Respond to client questions and requests promptly
- Maintain accurate client and interaction records
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding requests or account matters
- Assist with customer service and relationship management
- Help resolve routine client concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Support debt recovery and payment follow-up activities in accordance with company policies and applicable US laws
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards when handling client information
Requirements
- Must be a current resident of the United States
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and reliable
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients remotely
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Previous customer service, client relations, collections, sales, or administrative experience is helpful but not mandatory unless legally or operationally required
Compensation
Compensation is positioned at 25% above the applicable US average wage benchmark.
