About the role
We're hiring Nursing Assistants to support nursing care for Veterans at the Sheridan VA Medical Center. You'll work alongside the VA nursing team on a 24/7 schedule.
Requirements
- Current CPR from an American Heart Association provider and current BLS certification
- At least 6 months of direct patient care within the last 3 years (VA experience is a plus)
- A resume showing your education and qualifications
- Able to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English
Onboarding requirements
- Completion of VA-required training and a federal background investigation (Tier 2)
- Health screening and immunization documentation required for healthcare workers
Pay: $20.70 - $21.95 per hour
