Nurse Aide Evaluator – Registered Nurse Required (Part-time)

You will proctor a written exam and/or a practical skills exam for candidates completing the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program® (NNAAP®) exam. The skills demonstration exam is timed and consists of observing the nurse aide candidate demonstrate five randomly selected skills from a predetermined test pool of practical skills. Based on your location, you’ll determine the facilities you’re able to travel to and create your availability schedule, so the automated system keeps your events planned according to those details. The time commitment varies per the number of candidates to be tested.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties of the position include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform Skills event testing for all qualified students at a given facility location, which is determined based upon distance to the Evaluator’s home residence.
- Responsible to setup lab prior to exam start, and likewise cleanup once exam is completed.
- Responsible to pair students after check-in and screening process is completed.
- Responsible for remaining in direct contact with facility coordinators for all future and current events.
- Responsible for reporting any issues that arise or any missing or broken equipment with Credentia management in a timely manner.

- Flexible schedule available 7 days a week; we require working at least 4 testing events per month
- Current nursing license in good standing and active for a minimum of at least (2) two years.
- Registered nurses who meet the OBRA 1987-1989 standards of having at least one year of experience caring for the elderly or chronically ill of any age.
- Must be able to provide regular, predictable attendance and be punctual for each shift
- Must carry automobile liability insurance, if personally driving to actual scheduled events on behalf of Credentia.
- Intermediate technical skills and experience with common applications such as web browsers, email, and digital CRM systems. Training will be provided.
- Must be able to work on-site at testing location(s)

- Ability to speak and hear for duration of shift
- Ability to hold a testing tablet and stand as well as walk around a lab environment while live testing is in progress.
- Ability to see with clear vision up-close
- Ability to use hands (handle or feel) and reach with hands and arms for duration of shift, as required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
